Mike's Famous Prize Winning Pizza
Pizza Mike's love for Italian cooking came very early as he watched his Sicilian-born Grandfather, Guiseppe "Joe" Collura, a chef in the Italian Navy, prepare Sunday dinners for his large Family.
Pizza Mike began his career with his first restaurant in North Columbus in 1995. During that time he took First place in many National Pizza Competitions in the United States and went on to lead a team in the "World Pizza Championship" in Italy and brought home the Top Prize once again.
Pizza Mike was then selected by The Food Network's National search team to compete on "The Great Food Truck Race". He brought this experience back to Columbus and began Pizza Mike's Food Truck.
