Authentic Italian pizza isn't loaded with toppings. A few carefully chosen, high-quality ingredients will always outperform a pile of mediocre ones. Let each flavor shine.
A proper pizza oven reaches 800°F or more. At home, preheat your oven as high as it will go with a pizza stone inside for at least 45 minutes. The intense heat creates that beautiful char and crispy bottom.
